We want you to be fully satisfied with your New Era headwear; if you are not, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the product is in its original condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print the Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email or the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items securely in the original shipping box or a sturdy container to prevent crushing the cap's crown, and affix the return label to the outside.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your refund.
